1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ViberCloud website (www.vibercloud.in) and our hosting, domain and related services (the "Services"). By ordering or using the Services you agree to these terms. "ViberCloud", "we" and "us" refer to the operator of vibercloud.in, based at 401, Red Complex, Lawaypora, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir 190017, India.

2. Services

We provide web hosting, WordPress hosting, cloud and VPS hosting, dedicated servers, colocation, domain registration and transfer, and related support. Specifications and prices are shown on our plan pages and may change for new orders. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated.

3. Accounts and payment

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Services may be suspended if payment is overdue.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services for unlawful content, spam, phishing, malware, denial-of-service activity, or anything that harms our network or other customers. We may suspend or remove content that breaches this policy.

5. Uptime and support

We aim for high availability and provide 24/7 support by email and ticket. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our control are excluded from uptime targets.

6. Backups

We take regular backups as described on each plan, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.

7. Domains

Domain registrations and transfers are subject to the rules of the relevant registry. Domain fees are generally non-refundable once registered.

8. Refunds

Contact us at help@vibercloud.in within the refund window stated at purchase. Domain, add-on and renewal charges may be non-refundable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ViberCloud is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected Service in the preceding three months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir have jurisdiction.
